Capgemini Engineering is hiring a visionary Sr. Director for Semiconductor Sales Practice to lead our high-impact semiconductor sales team. Your Role

  • Lead, inspire, and scale a team of senior sales executives and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to position Capgemini as a trusted partner across the semiconductor lifecycle, from chip design to supply chain and sustainability.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with global semiconductor industry leaders, aligning solutions with their product and technology roadmaps.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to craft compelling value propositions in ASIC design, validation, and embedded systems.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Manage a high-value pipeline, meet revenue targets, and identify new market opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years in semiconductor sales, including 6–8 years focused on chip design services and engineering solutions.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts with annual quotas of $50M+.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, EDA vendors, IP providers, and design services.
  • Hands-on experience in ASIC design or semiconductor R&D is advantageous.
  • Strong industry connections within the semiconductor sector.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across engineering, procurement, and executive leadership.
  • Leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on inclusive team building.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% for client and team engagement.

Salary range for this role: $200,000 - $300,000, plus potential bonuses and commissions. Applicants must have valid work authorization in the US.
