Position Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to sell enterprise licenses, emphasizing the network effect—more users lead to a more powerful network.
  • Market Penetration : Target cancer centers and health systems, leveraging existing connections in the cancer and oncology sectors.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Deal Closure : Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing six-figure software contracts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Industry Expertise : Stay current with industry trends, particularly in AI and healthcare, and actively participate in relevant conversations to position this company as a thought leader.
  • Growth Potential : Demonstrate the capability and ambition to grow into a leadership role, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.

Experience & Skills :

Required Experience and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience, specifically selling to cancer centers, pharma, or health systems.
  • Extensive connections in the cancer, pharma, and oncology sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure software contracts. Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals.
  • Highly intelligent with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and industry dynamics.
  • Familiarity with AI trends in healthcare and the ability to engage in conversations about AI advancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications :

  • Advanced degree preferred.
