Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic leader for our Strategic Partnerships and Alliances program, with proven experience in developing key partner relationships aligned with a long-term partner strategy. This role is highly visible and critical for expanding our partnership ecosystem to sustain our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, GTM/IST, and Engineering to identify and prioritize ideal technology partners aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Identify initiatives that integrate our solutions with partners, creating mutually beneficial opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with technology partners, which may require travel to partner sites.
  • Track and measure partner progress against key performance metrics.
  • Develop a framework from idea inception to solution retirement.
  • Assist in identifying new offerings and collaborate with GTM/IST, CAMs, and Sales for effective outreach.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and annual partner evaluations, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and tactical plans that deliver results.
  • Track record of exceeding sales revenue and customer success metrics.
  • Experience managing large partner ecosystems, understanding various business models, trends, and markets.
  • 15+ years in partner management within a global technology company or relevant space (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, or related technology partners).
  • Deep knowledge of cloud and network-based computing industries.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

The role level will depend on experience, education, and skills; most offers will be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range listed below.

Compensation

California pay range: $175,500 - $292,500. Pay ranges for other regions will vary.
