Title: Warehouse Production Associate (2nd or 3rd Shift)

Payrate: $23/hour (3rd shift) | $21/hour (2nd shift)

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 (Local candidates only)

Duration: 3-month contract (Excellent potential for extension/permanent)

Hours: 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10pm-6:30am OR 2nd shift: Monday-Friday | 2pm-10:30pm

As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in inspecting, sorting, and packaging injection molded parts that become life-saving medical devices. Working in both standard and clean room environments, you'll ensure the highest quality standards while maintaining the fast-paced production that gets critical healthcare products to those who need them most. What You'll Do:

• Inspect, sort, and package injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment following approved procedures
• Work in both standard warehouse and clean room environments with appropriate safety protocols
• Ensure production losses are minimal through timely communication of issues to supervisors
• Operate around injection molding machines while maintaining strict adherence to safe working practices
• Follow both written and verbal instructions with exceptional attention to detail
• Use personal protective equipment and clean room gowns as required for different work areas
• Perform final quality inspection of products to ensure they meet stringent healthcare standards
• Document work accurately using basic computer skills and maintain production records
• Collaborate effectively as a strong team player with good interpersonal skills

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability to work either 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:30am) or 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm)
• Experience or willingness to work around injection molding machines with focus on safe practices
• Experience in inspecting, sorting, and packaging items, parts, and materials
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in a production environment
• Physical capability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfort using hands, reaching, and handling small parts and measuring tools for extended periods
• Basic computer skills with ability to document work accurately
• Basic math and English reading skills for following procedures and instructions
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in fast-paced clean room environments
• Production work experience in manufacturing or healthcare industries
• Background in quality control or final product inspection
• Familiarity with injection molding processes and equipment
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or FDA-regulated environments
