Performs all registration functions for patients. This includes collecting accurate demographic information, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, obtaining authorization/pre- certification for services provided, and collecting patient liability prior to or at the time of service. Required Qualifications: 1 year Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting with proven customer service skills.
