About the Role:

The Regional Account Director plays a critical role in driving enterprise revenue growth by building strategic partnerships and strengthening relationships within Fortune 500 companies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will take a consultative approach to sales, drawing on your expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver value. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence how Odaseva scales our enterprise footprint and expand our presence in the market.

Key Accountabilities - The impact you'll make:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies to deliver high-impact solutions and drive net-new revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with Salesforce stakeholders, partners and decision-makers to generate pipeline and co-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners across the Salesforce ecosystem, including system integrators and strategic alliances.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Product Managers, Consultants, and Security leaders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Deliver customer and market insights to inform and refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent Odaseva at Salesforce ecosystem events (ie Dreamforce, World Tours, partner summits) and industry conferences

  • Acquisition of new enterprise logos
  • Strategic expansion within existing accounts
  • Strengthening and scaling key partner alliances

Capabilities - Skills your bring:

  • 8-10 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota
  • Proven success managing complex, solution-based sales cycles
  • Background in selling SaaS/PaaS, middleware, or security solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for client engagements
