We're looking for an Enterprise Digital Marketing Architect to help shape the future of digital marketing platforms and personalization initiatives across web, mobile, and retail ecosyst ems.

What You'll Do:

As the Enterprise Digital Marketing Architect, you will lead the design and strategy for enterprise-wide marketing and personalization technology solutions. You will:

  • Architect and design systems spanning digital marketing, e-commerce, mobile, and retail platforms.
  • Lead vendor selection and technology evaluation (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for marketing and personalization tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across campaign management, CDPs, AdTech, and analytics platforms.
  • Drive innovation through cloud adoption, microservices, machine learning, and omni-channel architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals and customer needs.
  • Help define the future of customer engagement and data-driven marketing through modern platforms.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Experience as an Enterprise Architect in digital and e-commerce domains.
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Digital marketing technology (CDPs, campaign tools, attribution, analytics, AdTech, etc.)
  • Ecommerce architecture (search, checkout, order systems, loyalty programs, etc.)
  • Foundational web and internet technologies, object-oriented programming, and service design
  • Data systems (RDBMS, NoSQL) and modern querying languages
  • Cloud-native platforms and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateway, Service Mesh)
  • Public cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • A strategic and hands-on mindset—comfortable diving deep while seeing the big picture.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, data, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • A passion for building client-centric, scalable technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Master's preferred).
  • Work Environment:

    This role is based at the company's Field Support Center in downtown San Francisco. The center supports retail operations through technology, strategy, analysis, and training. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and constantly evolving—ideal for professionals who thrive on innovation and challenge.
