We are a fast growing Commercial Construction company with a strong backlog in the Medical/Healthcare and Education market sectors. We are actively looking for a talented builder, leader and tenured Construction professional who is ready for a new challenge and opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of Construction Management, General Contractor, Specialty Contractor executive level leadership experience with full P&L responsibility and a passion for leading and inspiring teams, business development and client relationships in the Healthcare and Education sectors and the right balance of confidence and humility to integrate into a very successful company and team.

Responsibilities

• Driving overall business vision & strategy
• Oversight of sales, marketing and logistics strategies through those teams
• Driving operational excellence in all departments
• P&L responsibility

Desired Experience

• BA/BS Degree
• VP/Director/President level experience within a mid to large scale Construction oriented business enterprise
• Experience scaling a business across product lines and geography
• Driving and managing change across an organization
• Servant leadership approach/style
• Financial and risk management acumen
• Hiring and developing strong teams

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that will include base salary, company stock, bonus and executive level compensation including company vehicle, PTO policy and much more. The total compensation package will be in excess of $800,000+ annually.
