An incredibly successful, well-known, and prestigious hospitality group in San Francisco is looking for a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee the HR function across several related hospitality businesses. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for strategic planning, organizational development, compensation and benefits, health and safety, compliance, and training.
The ideal candidate must have high-end hospitality experience, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related business field, and at least 5 years of HR management experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. A proven ability to thrive under pressure and navigate a dynamic workplace is essential.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco, offering a salary of approximately $175K, plus bonus and benefits.
