Veraz Advisors and Veraz Insurance Solutions are seeking a dynamic Financial Educator & Public Speaker to lead financial education seminars across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will present to pre-retirees and early retirees (ages 50–70) at community colleges, community centers, and dinner seminar venues.


This high-visibility, on-site role reports directly to Veraz executives and plays a key role in building trust in our fiduciary financial advisory model.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver 2.5- to 5-hour in-person educational events or seminars on topics including retirement income planning, tax strategies, and asset protection.
  • Engage audiences of 5–25 households in a clear, informative, and trustworthy manner.
  • Encourage attendees to schedule follow-up consultations—no selling, pitching, or product promotion.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine educational materials and ensure brand alignment.


Qualifications

  • Strong background in public speaking, education, acting, or financial communications.
  • Comfortable presenting live to mature audiences and facilitating dialogue.
  • Skilled at delivering scripted material with energy and authenticity.
  • (Preferred) Financial certifications such as CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, or relevant insurance licenses.


Compensation

  • Base Pay: $200 per event hour ($1,000 per 5-hour event)
  • Performance Bonus: $50 per qualified household consultation scheduled
  • Extras: Travel stipends, professional support


Speakers must only work for Veraz exclusively within the financial services industry (planning, advisory, investments and insurance).
