Warehouse Production Associate (2nd or 3rd Shift)

Santa Rosa, CA 95403 (Local candidates only)

$23hr for 3rd shift/ $21hr for 2nd shift (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

3 months contract (Excellent potential for extension/permanent)

Full- time: 3rd shift Sunday-Thurs 10pm-6:30am

Full-time: 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm

The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, sorting and packaging injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with approved procedures. This includes work both in and out of a clean room environment

How You'll Make An Impact:

• The qualified individual will ensure that production losses are minimal through timely communication of issues to the supervisor and will work in strict accordance to approved production and quality procedures.
• Operator will work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions is a must.
• This position requires the use personal protective equipment and clean room gowns.
• This position requires a strong team player with good interpersonal skills

What You Bring:

• High School Level or GED required
• You can work 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am OR 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm ( 2 shift are open)
• Experience or can operator and work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.
• Bonus: experience in a fast-paced clean room environment
• Experience in inspecting, sorting and packaging items, parts and materials
• Production work experience is a bonus
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift or occasionally move items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable using hands, reaching and handling small parts and measuring tools for extended periods.
• Experience or interested in final quality inspection of products
• Basic computer skills and able to document work
• Must have basic math and English reading skills
• Must pass background and drug test
