The VP, Training & Development Manager designs, develops, and implements comprehensive training programs and materials for branch and central operations employees. This role assesses organizational training needs, researches innovative training techniques, and collaborates with subject matter experts to deliver effective and engaging employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of banking operations, superior facilitation skills, and a proven ability to enhance employee performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, or related roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Minimum 5 years of branch operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of corporate training experience in banking or retail banking operations.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement effective training programs.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and banking software applications.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, policies, products, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities.
• Strong overall business acumen with a clear understanding of organizational goals and priorities.
