Program Manager - Grid Modernization at Keysight Technologies Join us to apply for the Program Manager - Grid Modernization role at Keysight Technologies .Responsibilities include:Leading grid modernization initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies in power systems, communication, networks, cybersecurity, automotive electrification, and system simulation.Developing and executing strategic direction and delivering key program milestones.Building and leading a team of engineers, planners, and project managers to grow the business in the grid space.Fostering relationships and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels.Managing the end-to-end execution of the program, integrating domain expertise from various organizations.Engaging in the development and prioritization of current and future initiatives to support long-term growth.Communicating strategic initiatives and status updates to senior leadership.Qualifications include a bachelor's, master's, or MBA degree, 10+ years of program management experience in related fields, and experience managing cross-functional teams. Knowledge of power and energy systems, cybersecurity, digital twins, and modern grid technologies is essential.This role is based in Loveland, CO or Santa Rosa, CA.
