Compensation

The startups we work with offer competitive packages with salary ranges between $160-300k, along with equity ranging from 0.3%-2%. We only partner with companies that are vetted, have real traction, and are on a fast growth trajectory. These companies work with us to build out world-class teams and specifically seek talent like you to help drive their next phase of growth.
