We've partnered with an industry-leading AI infrastructure tech firm as they grow their Engineering team.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, product, and strategy.

You'll work directly with AI researchers and human data teams to deliver world-class datasets for model training, evals, and RL workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with AI teams to define and deliver data strategies
• Build and manage scalable, high-quality human-in-the-loop data pipelines
• Write Python scripts for data processing, QA, and analytics
• Influence product and tooling improvements based on customer needs

What You Bring:

• Master's or PhD in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field
• Strong Python skills and experience with data workflows
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• A passion for AI and solving real-world technical challenges
• Strong LLM experience.
