An established and reputable electrical contractor based in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.


This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-impact projects across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in electrical construction, a strong sense of leadership, and a desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


👷‍♂️ About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of electrical construction projects — from initial budgeting and planning through to field execution and closeout. You will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and profitability on every job.


You'll manage schedules, lead project meetings, track financial performance, and support field operations — all while upholding the high standards our clients expect.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of assigned electrical construction projects
  • Coordinate with field teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and documentation
  • Track and control job costs, change orders, and billings
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards
  • Represent the company in client and project meetings
  • Assist with estimating and preconstruction planning as needed
  • Mentor and support junior staff and field crews


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical or general construction
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
  • Strong track record delivering commercial or industrial projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license
