About the Role

Hipp is hiring a Solutions Sales Engineer to help transform how healthcare works. As a key member of our GTM team, you'll lead tailored product demos, translate complex workflows, and partner with Account Executives to guide providers through their buying journey.

We're building the AI-native system of record for non-hospital healthcare — replacing outdated EMRs and manual workflows with automation, clarity, and speed.

This role is perfect for someone who's great at simplifying the complex, thrives in customer conversations, and wants to make a real impact.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead live product demos for clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Map real-world healthcare workflows to Hipp's end-to-end platform
  • Serve as the product expert during the sales cycle
  • Customize demo environments to match prospect needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape roadmap with customer feedback
  • Be a trusted technical voice in deals, especially mid-market and multi-location practices

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows (EMR, intake, billing, RCM, etc.)
  • Strong communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical buyers
  • Startup mindset: low ego, high ownership, moves fast
  • Bonus: experience in healthtech, AI/automation, or clinical operations
