✨ The Role

As one of the founding engineers, you'll lead the design and development of cutting-edge agentic AI systems and build next-generation automation frameworks that power fast, high-quality insight generation across text, audio, and survey data. You'll partner directly with the executive team to shape the product, the roadmap, and the tech stack, and have a direct hand in defining the future of AI-powered research.

🛠 What You'll Be Working On

• Agentic AI Design: Develop multi-step AI workflows and real-time agents that drive autonomous research from start to finish
• Platform Engineering: Build production-ready AI systems that combine LLMs, NLP, and analytics pipelines
• Strategic Input: Help shape the product roadmap and scaling strategy in partnership with founders
• Optimization: Continuously improve speed, quality, and scalability across the platform

🚀 You'll Thrive Here If You…

• Have 3–5+ years building production-level AI or ML systems, including LLMs, agents, or complex automation frameworks
• Are fluent in Python, NLP tooling, and ideally have full-stack sensibilities
• Have start-up grit, and ideally, experience shipping 0 to 1 products in a fast-moving environment
• Love elegant, high-impact engineering and are excited to solve messy real-world problems
• Bonus: Backgrounds in market research, healthcare, or finance are very welcome
