We've partnered with an exciting startup in the AI infrastructure space to help hire a AI Research Engneer

You'll work directly with customers in various industries to deploy and fine-tune large language models into real production environments. Utilize prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), RLHF, alignment techniques, and tooling to monitor model safety and performance.

Your background might include:

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI systems
• Hands-on work with foundation models (LLMs), prompt design, or model fine-tuning
• Experience deploying ML in production environments
• Strong coding skills in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
• Comfort working directly with customers or external stakeholders on technical challenges
• Bonus: experience with RLHF, RAG, or model evaluation pipelines
