Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in the design & development of high speed digital and/or analog boards and systems.
• Proven understanding of the system development process including concept creation, schematics and board development, as well as board and system bring up and debugging.
• Experience with design and development of next generation products from concept to mass production.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience leading electrical engineering teams on mass produced products.
• Desire to build and hire a team to support the development of future products.
• Ability to take ownership over the full product life cycle.
• Experience at both big tech companies and start up environments.
