The Delivery Lead will serve as the key point of contact for delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution across multiple streams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead delivery of retail technology projects onsite, ensuring project timelines, budgets and resources are effectively managed and aligned with business needs.
2. Primary point of contact for project stakeholders: business leaders, product managers and technical teams.
3. Manage project scope, risk and quality, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and standards.
4. Oversee cross-functional teams and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
5. Ensure clear communication between onsite and offshore teams, providing status updates, managing expectations, and resolving any delivery issues.
6. Implement Agile or Waterfall methodologies to manage project life cycles and team collaboration.
7. Support integration of new retail technologies and systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, eCommerce platforms) into business processes.
8. Ensure alignment with retail business goals, from product development and marketing strategies to customer service and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong leader with 15+ years of experience in project delivery roles with focus on retail technology.
• Proven experience in retail technology delivery: ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, POS, OMS Systems or eCommerce platforms.
• Project management skills, ability to manage end-to-end delivery from ideation to post-launch support.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage expectations between business and technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring project success.
• Experience with change management and delivering projects that align with business transformation goals.
• Knowledge of key retail business processes, including merchandising, supply chain, customer experience, and marketing.

Academic qualifications/Level of Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Project Management or Agile certification (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $91,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $185,900 per year

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
