Russian River Brewing Company is hiring Seasonal Busser/Hosts to join the team!

If you have customer service experience and a flexible schedule, we'd love to hear from you. Please note, weekends are required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets customers when they enter the pub and seats them at tables
• Clears and cleans tables and wipes seats as customers leave
• Completes side work before and after shift, or when requested
• Brings bus tubs and blue glass racks to their proper places when full
• Acts in a friendly and sincere manner with customers
• Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that details are handled properly and customers' concerns and requests are addressed
• All other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be available to work days/nights, weekends and holidays required.
