Job Title: Lead Electrical Installer

Salary: $30-$40 hourly

Position Summary

The Lead Electrical Installer performs electrical installations on various systems and equipment. Responsibilities include repairs, system replacements, and advanced troubleshooting, depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems in residential or light commercial settings.
• Perform repairs or replace entire systems independently in homes or commercial locations in Sonoma & Marin Counties.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with company values.
• Understand electrical systems and equipment operation.
• Read manuals and work orders for repairs and installations.
• Install EV Chargers, Batteries, Main Panels, and perform Whole Home rewiring.
• Identify HVAC and Plumbing issues; coordinate with respective technicians.
• Educate customers on system operations.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
• Lead and train electrical apprentices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 3 years experience in electrical service or trade school
• Maintain ET card/CE credits for Journeyman License
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient with iPad
• Motivated and independent worker
