Signify Technology has the pleasure of helping the leading GenAI evaluation startup expand their GTM team.

As apart of their rapid expansion, they are looking to add a ML Solutions Engineer to be the key technical voice in the sales process—owning product demos, managing PoCs, and crafting tailored solutions for cutting-edge AI teams. You'll work with Fortune 100 enterprises to Digital Native accounts, helping them as they build their GenAI applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging product demos and articulate technical value to customers
• Build and manage PoCs that demonstrate real-world impact
• Partner with sales and product teams to solve customer pain points with tailored solutions
• Provide technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Support customer onboarding and troubleshooting throughout the sales cycle
• Collect and relay product feedback from customer interactions
• Contribute to internal sales enablement and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years in presales, solutions engineering, ML engineering, or data science
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, or ML workflows
• Skilled communicator who can translate complex tech into clear value
• Proven success running customer-facing PoCs
• Passion for working cross-functionally and directly with customers
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience
