Position Summary

The Lead Electrical Installer is responsible for performing electrical installations on various electrical systems and equipment. Depending on experience, the role includes repairs and system replacements, such as meter main panels, sub panels, outlet and switch repair and replacement, circuit repair, attic and crawl work, and advanced troubleshooting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform installations on residential or light commercial electrical systems.
• Conduct repairs or replace parts, or entire systems independently in homes or light commercial locations within Sonoma & Marin Counties.
• Provide excellent customer service, embodying our company values.
• Understand how electrical systems or equipment should work optimally.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for repairs or installations.
• Install EV Chargers, Batteries, Main Panel replacements, and perform Whole Home rewiring.
• Identify HVAC and Plumbing issues and coordinate referrals to specialists.
• Educate customers on their systems and equipment operation.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
• Lead and train electrical apprentices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical service or trade school.
• Maintain ET card/CE credits for Journeyman License.
• Ability to follow directions, read schematics, and blueprints.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with iPad.
• Clean driving record.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
