Job Description: Training Coordinator (Contract)

We are seeking a Training Coordinator for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering learner experiences, supporting projects with tight deadlines, and analyzing data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs, both live and virtual, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Support project management activities, ensuring organization, attention to detail, and timely communication.
• Understand stakeholder needs, respond to feedback, and customize training deliverables accordingly.
• Manage multiple priorities, drive results, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, summarize findings, and prepare reports for senior audiences, utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Learning and Development, project support, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Self-directed, proactive, and flexible attitude.
