  • Manage workflow and task assignments in the assigned pool and ensure completion of all administrative tasks.
  • Identify key areas of improvement, plan administrative processes, establish guidelines, and implement protocols.
  • Ensure excellent service is provided consistently to both internal and external clients.
  • Promote and maintain a positive and safe working environment for employees.
  • Collaborate in firm-wide initiatives working with other firm leaders.
  • Assist tax administration during busy season if necessary.
  • Serve as the liaison between the tax administrative team and tax PDMs.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, people and project management skills, and an ability to identify and implement creative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations, systems, and procedures.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Participative and consultative management style; interact with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to deal positively with adversity and difficult situations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
