Role Description

We are offering a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In the role of Senior Lead Generation Specialist, you will be integral to identifying and qualifying high-value prospects, crafting outbound lead generation strategies, and ensuring a robust sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with our founders and sales leadership, you will refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and enhance our messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective outbound lead generation campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and various channels
  • Identify and qualify prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Work in partnership with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and campaigns
  • Maintain and enrich our CRM with accurate and up-to-date lead data
  • Monitor and report on lead generation performance metrics
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to support personalized outreach
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies to boost response and conversion rates

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development
  • Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation and top-of-funnel pipeline development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms (like Apollo or ZoomInfo)
  • Analytical thinker with the capability to measure, learn, and adapt
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in dynamic environments and embraces change
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
