We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Enrollment Director Consultant with a focus on leading innovative patient recruitment and enrollment strategies in the fields of CNS and neuropsychiatric disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective, data-driven enrollment strategies for CNS clinical trials.
• Drive recruitment initiatives and proactively identify and overcome enrollment challenges.
• Enhance site performance and expedite enrollment processes, particularly at underperforming sites.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies with overall program objectives.
• Report on enrollment progress and provide predictive forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) preferred.
• Proven experience at a director-level or equivalent position.
• Expertise in CNS and neuropsychiatric disorder clinical trials.
• Demonstrated success in accelerating enrollment in complex trials.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
