Join our dynamic team as a Data Analytics Consultant, where you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power BI to help clients transform complex data into strategic insights. Your role will be pivotal in creating impactful dashboarding and analytical solutions that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their unique business requirements and data needs.
• Design, develop, and execute Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to client goals.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights through DAX, Power Query, and other BI tools.
• Create robust data models that effectively integrate multiple data sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Enforce data governance standards to ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Provide training and ongoing support to client teams on maximizing Power BI functionalities.
• Remain informed on the latest Power BI advancements and industry best practices to continually enhance client solutions.
• Thoroughly document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft Power BI development.
• In-depth understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in DAX, M language, and Power Query.
• Experience working with SQL and database concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Work Location:

This position requires onsite presence at client locations and/or our San Francisco office up to 2 days per week. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is hybrid and is not eligible for full remote work.

Compensation:

As mandated by California law, the base salary range for this position in San Francisco is $90,000 to $130,000. Actual salaries will vary based on a range of factors including skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market values, geographic location, and internal equity.
