Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Overview:

The Development Coordinator will report to the Director of Design & Development. An ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized, highly communicative, and enthusiastic about joining our team. As a member of our high-performing development team, your role is to support the Development and Technical Design teams for all seasons and capsules.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Sample PO creation and tracking with Centric PLM software.
• Track all SMS and PHOTO POs with vendors and sample makers to ensure key milestones are achieved for Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Campaign dates.
• Build strong, dynamic, and synergistic relationships with cross-functional partners; Technical Design, Product Development, Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Production.
• Lead interdepartmental communication regarding sample due dates and pass-offs.
• Coordinate all raw materials, trims, tests for development to sample makers, offshore, and domestic suppliers.
• Lead trim sourcing across apparel, swimwear, and accessories.
• Maintain accuracy of materials sourcing in PLM software, including addition of TDS.
• Support Technical Design through fit sample tracking.
• Attend and contribute to weekly fittings.
• Attend and contribute to Ecommerce photo shoots to ensure product accuracy.
• Adhere to calendar and all key milestones.

Education/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in fashion and 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, balancing many tasks and deadlines.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Adobe Illustrator and Excel.
• Experience with PLM software is a plus.
