THE POSITION
The Director of Business Optimization-Sales manages the sales and marketing initiatives for a group of senior living communities in an assigned geographic region. This role will focus on the Cogir communities in North California.
Responsibilities include developing strategic success plans based on outlined company goals that will promote revenue growth and improve customer experience within the region. This will include business and market development, customer expectation management, management of area market research, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, revenue growth, and ongoing customer experience improvement.
The DBOS will supervise and develop the communities' sales directors, providing ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship. Specific core responsibilities include strategic and long-range planning, identifying appropriate advertising opportunities and collateral needs, coordinating lead-generating events, managing referral relationships, and other tasks necessary to meet overall marketing and solutions objectives and meet or exceed portfolio occupancy and revenue goals.
