Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HOA General Manager to join our environment with opportunities for growth and development. The role involves serving the Association Board of Directors as the on-site manager, fulfilling management contract obligations, and leading a team of approximately 20 direct reports. The General Manager will interact with Board members, residents, vendors, contractors, and city staff, ensuring the smooth operation of community management.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement Board policies and directives
• Assist with strategic planning
• Prepare and manage budgets
• Coordinate community functions and projects
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety programs
• Facilitate meetings and elections
• Maintain community relations and communication

Qualification Requirements:

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of landscape and maintenance issues
• Financial acumen and budgeting skills

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years as an onsite General Manager
• Supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
• PCAM or CAI/CACM certification preferred
