My client is an innovative AI start-up building an AI Agent for Analytics to support Data Scientists.

This is an opportunity to join a series A start up founded by ex-Uber leaders, building the ML infrastructure developing the product which is used by Data Scientists to expedite tasks. You will be joining as part of the founding team, building the 0-1. As part of this role, you will be contributing to key decisions around product direction and scalability.

Position Overview:

These are key hires which will support the growth of the business by improving the performance and efficiency. You will join as an early hire in the ML Infra team and will be responsible for Developing platforms that enable scientists, researchers, developers to run ML jobs easily and quickly at scale and developing solutions that will orchestrate + support vast quantities of data end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Designing solutions to handle large-scale data through stages like ingestion, indexing, transformation, machine learning, and deployment.
• Developing platforms to help researchers and developers run ML jobs quickly and efficiently at scale.
• Implementing a streamlined CI/CD framework to enable teams to self-manage testing, deployment, and operations.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives to align teams on common technologies and best practices.

Required Experience:

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, C++, Go, Java).
• Experience deploying and operating reliable cloud-based systems.
• Ability to design service-oriented architectures and work with various data stores.
• Motivation to build exceptional, innovative products.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
