OUR COMPANY IS GROWING AND LOOKING DIRECT CARE STAFF

Hiring in Santa Rosa, CA

We provide comprehensive training in this rewarding field to ensure your success. Whether you have experience caring for or assisting family members/friends, experience in this field or just someone eager to learn and make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Available shifts

Shift 1: 6am-2pm

Shift 2: 2pm-10pm

Shift 3: 10pm-6am

The ideal candidate:

• Has a real passion for helping others.

• Caregiving experience a plus.

• Professionalism and respect for clients and colleagues

• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

• Reliable, energetic, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Act as a positive role model to support client and establish a constructive and appropriate personal relationship with client.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be willing to drive a client in your personal vehicle that is in safe operating condition.

• High School Graduate or equivalent in experience providing personal care to individuals.

• Must satisfactorily pass DOJ background check.

• Must satisfactorily pass motor vehicle record check.

• Must have a valid and current California driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and valid vehicle registration.

• CPR/First Aide Certification
