Responsibilities


This senior role primarily focuses on managing finance integration activities for Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (MA&D) and project managing new business initiatives executed by Keysight to support the company's growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Keysight Finance, the Integration Management Office, and the target company to define overall integration strategy.
  • Establishing interim transactional and reporting processes to enable linkages between Keysight and the target company during the transition and integration phase.
  • Providing leadership to the finance project team in defining and executing integration strategies for systems, processes, data migration, and systems changeover/deployment.
  • Developing and executing the financial systems deployment plan, including enabling ERP setups, boundary applications, and reporting systems to achieve integration of the target company's financial transactions within Keysight's ecosystem.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to define transitional processes supporting process gaps.
  • Managing stabilization support post-cutover.
  • Providing effective consulting to business, functions, and IT teams to establish priorities and strategies to meet business objectives through collaborative decision-making.
  • Demonstrating project management and team leadership skills, strategic thinking, and knowledge of finance and ERP applications.
  • Supporting regulatory compliance and business efficiency initiatives outside of M&A projects as needed.
  • Leading discovery processes to develop project requirements and scope.

Qualifications


Job Qualifications

This position requires an experienced finance professional with deep understanding of finance systems and processes, along with strong benchmarking and consulting insights. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in finance core accounting and/or systems.
  • Prior experience in Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (MA&D).
  • Experience integrating finance ERP systems, implementing operational processes, and managing financial and tax reporting needs.
  • Strong awareness of external benchmarks for integration processes.
  • Ability to provide insightful consulting and advice to business partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with a diverse global workforce.
  • Excellent project management skills and flexibility to support non-M&A business initiatives.
  • Ability to lead teams through discovery phases to develop project requirements and scope.

The role level will be based on experience, education, and skills; most offers will be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range listed below.

Santa Rosa, CA pay range: MIN $143,050 - Midpoint $190,760 - MAX $238,420

Note: Pay ranges vary by region for other locations.

This role is eligible for the Keysight Results Bonus Program.
