This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
Position Summary: The Lead Waitperson is responsible for supervising the dining room staff. The responsibilities include assisting with managing the dining room and overseeing meal service to residents.
The starting salary for this position is $17.75/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the role, candidate's experience, education, skills, internal peer equity, market, and business considerations may influence the final pay offered.
Qualifications:
Job Knowledge: Ability to work harmoniously with residents, staff, and healthcare professionals. Maintain high professional and ethical standards. Computer knowledge is helpful but not required.
The final candidate must pass Eskaton's post-offer, pre-employment testing, including a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen, and health screening.
