Ambulatory Service Line – Regional Director

West Coast

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee six Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and a strong background in operations, with experience presenting at the executive level and driving strategic initiatives.

• Achieve operational performance and strategic growth objectives for assigned ASCs.
• Collaborate with providers, organizational leaders, and both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence and accountability for business planning, program development, and administration.
• Maintain fiscal accountability and manage operational changes while optimizing patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate core processes to improve operations, reduce costs, enhance services, and improve quality and patient safety standards.

Position details:

• Direct reports: 6 Administrators at ASC's
• Indirect reports: 400+
• Oversite: 6 ASC with possibility of growth to 12
• ASC Service Lines: GI, Orthopedics, General, Pain Management, Urology, Gynecology, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, required.
• Master's preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH)

• 12+ years of consecutive management experience in ambulatory services operations, required.

• Previous multi-site Ambulatory Surgery Center operations, required.
• Knowledgeable regarding ASC financial reporting, analysis, and reimbursements, required.
• Familiarity of regulatory, licensing, certification and accreditation requirements for ASCs required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $215K - $280K DOE.
• Bonus: 15% target, up to 22.5% max.
