Senior Electrical Engineer

Join an innovative company leading the renewable energy sector, focusing on designing and constructing electrical infrastructure for wind, solar, and battery projects, as well as transmission facilities. We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage key projects within our portfolio. This role is suited for candidates with strong technical expertise and project management skills, ready to own and deliver high-quality electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee third-party and Owner's Engineering services to meet project goals.
2. Manage tender processes, contractor negotiations, and site visits.
3. Supervise and develop electrical designs, ensuring contractor proposals meet project requirements.
4. Support contract negotiations and infrastructure development, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution; PE license preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in renewable energy infrastructure projects (wind, solar, battery).
• Strong project management skills, including risk management, estimation, and construction planning.
• Proficiency in electrical studies such as Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Load Flow, and Insulation Coordination.
