Responsibilities

Ensuring procurement and inventory management of high-technology materials, equipment, and services in line with supply chain goals. Collaborating with R&D on sourcing materials for new product introduction (NPI) projects. Joining the Santa Rosa NPI Materials/Supply Chain Team to enhance procurement skills. Optimizing product designs for manufacturability and supply chain integration with Keysight's teams. Managing supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and developing commodity plans. Participating in or leading process improvement initiatives related to NPI, cost reduction, and quality. Opportunities for growth include supplier quotations, selection, direct purchases, performance evaluation, and strategy development. Contract management and negotiation skills are vital for successful supplier partnerships and strategic procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

A customer-first mindset! Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business, international business, or finance.

Role level depends on experience, education, and skills. Most offers will be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range below.

Santa Rosa, California pay range: MIN $82,550, MIDPOINT $110,060, MAX $137,580.

Note: Pay ranges vary by region for other locations. This role is eligible for the Keysight Results Bonus Program.
