Key Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and engage seniors in meaningful conversations.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and prepare meals.
• Support medication reminders and schedule appointments.
• Help with personal care tasks, including grooming, bathing, and managing incontinence.

Essential Qualities We Look For:

• Respectful treatment of seniors and their possessions.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Completion of a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required, as driving is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed; we provide comprehensive training!
• Must register on the Home Care Aide Registry and pass fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, and drug testing prior to employment.

Compensation: We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.50 to $20.50. For 24-hour shifts, earn between $16.50 and $17.00 per hour, totaling $453 to $544 per day based on shift frequency and start times.
