Job Responsibilities

  • Cross-train in multiple departments, including operations and marketing, to support various business functions.
  • Manage, research, and resolve client service requests independently.
  • Assist the marketing team in creating videos and managing email campaigns.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Schedule appointments for leads and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide solutions.
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage and update CRM systems like Redtail CRM, eMoney, and Calendly.

Qualifications

  • College degree in a related field; financial industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in an office or customer service environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional business etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Pass a background check, including fingerprinting, prior to employment.
