Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Location Manager at Rodriguez Commercial Cleaning and Janitorial. The role is based in Santa Rosa, CA, with the flexibility for work from home and remote. The Location Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of 5-15 workers, scheduling, managing customer satisfaction, communication, budgeting, training/coaching, mentoring, supplies ordering, equipment handling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Some travel required.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Budgeting and Training skills
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree is a plus
