Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities in the Restaurant

  • Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and community impact.
  • Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate capacity and a positive experience for customers.
  • Maintain a welcoming culture for employees and customers through coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring suitable applicants.
  • Oversee ordering and inventory to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
  • Support your team in handling various situations, diffusing customer issues, and promoting employee wellness.
  • Execute marketing plans to encourage repeat visits.
  • Review financial statements and progress with the District Manager, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance everyone's quality of life.

Requirements to Join the DReaM Team

  • A desire for personal and professional growth, with strong relationship skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and prepare food items.
  • Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility for scheduled shifts.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently with diverse personalities.
  • Satisfactory background check and at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
