General Laborer (Field Technician) -Training provided.

What exactly does a field technician do?

Our Field Techs are primarily responsible for setting and clearing rat traps, executing exclusion processes (sealing entry points with 1/4" mesh and other materials provided), and communicating courteously and professionally with homeowners.

What do we offer?

• Competitive wage starting at $20/hr after 3 months $24-28 (based on job performance)

• A 4-day workweek 8 am-5 pm Tuesday - Friday

• Training provided in RES techniques, systems, and best practices

What you need to apply:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driver's record

• A clean and kempt appearance

• Desire to grow with a team

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn with a team

• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test

Additional requirements include:

• Ability to work independently

• Capacity to document services and complete reports

• Able to enter/exit tight structures and crawl spaces

• Ability to navigate structures; ascend/descend ladders and stairs

• Willingness to use personal protective equipment

• Ability to use common hand and power tools
