General Laborer (Field Technician) -Training provided.What exactly does a field technician do?Our Field Techs are primarily responsible for setting and clearing rat traps, executing exclusion processes (sealing entry points with 1/4" mesh and other materials provided), and communicating courteously and professionally with homeowners.

What you need to apply:• A valid driver's license with a clean driver's record• A clean and kempt appearance• Desire to grow with a team• 2 years of customer service experience • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn with a team• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
Additional requirements include:• Ability to work independently• Capacity to document services and complete reports• Able to enter/exit tight structures and crawl spaces• Ability to navigate structures; ascend/descend ladders and stairs• Willingness to use personal protective equipment• Ability to use common hand and power tools
