We are expanding to better serve the Sonoma, Petaluma, and Novato markets and are looking for a key team member to help us maintain high client satisfaction as we grow.

Our model provides clients with a single point of contact (you!) throughout their decision-making and installation process. We bring our mobile showroom to the job site and handle as much of the heavy lifting as possible. We aim to make home improvement a positive experience, and you must be willing to do whatever it takes to realize this vision.

This role involves significant driving between appointment sites. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Design Associate Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing projects from start to finish
• Meet with clients at their home or job site, showcasing flooring samples tailored to their needs
• Follow our established process, including the use of tablets and computer software
• Coordinate with installers for seamless project completion
• Build a network for long-term relationships and lead generation

Design Associate Key Qualifications

• Customer Service: Experience communicating key features and benefits to clients; aligns with our reputation and vision
• Experience in the flooring industry, preferably with in-home experience and knowledge of flooring types and production processes
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using tablets and computers (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
