Position Summary:
Provide all facials, treatments and waxing services in accordance to The Spa standards, policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
2. Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests.
3. Recommend skincare products to all guests.
4. Maintain a clean, organized facial treatment room.
5. Must be neatly groomed.
6. Speak clearly to Guests regarding treatment expectations.
7. Ensure that information regarding treatment type is accurate.
8. Complete all necessary opening and/or closing duties.
9. Responsible for restocking all spa products.
10. Responsible for stocking all necessary linens for the day.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. State Board of Cosmetology License.

Physical Requirements:
1. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
3. Must be able to work any day of the week, and on any shift.
4. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
