Director of Learning Support - STEAM iLEAD California, Castaic at iLEAD Charter Schools

THE OPPORTUNITY (POSITION OVERVIEW)
As a Director of Learning Support you will be responsible for the development, training, and implementation of curriculum, instruction, assessment measures, and professional learning initiatives. You will collaborate with other members of the Learning Support Team in order to ensure growth and success at each school and program. You will support schools (both established and newly developed), their school leaders and staff with training, on-boarding, data analysis, instructional practices and curriculum implementation. You will support the implementation of the iLEAD Design Elements including, but not limited to, Project-Based Learning (PBL), Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Deeper Learning, iRESPECT, and the teachings of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. You will guide the schools in the iDEAL self-assessment process as they calibrate their program and set goals for school excellence.

This position will primarily be hybrid telework with occasional needs to travel for school site and educational program support, team building, collaborations, company events, professional development training, and conferences.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Focus on all sciences including aerospace - Science Credential in any field
• Single Subject Teaching Credential - Science: Biological Sciences
• Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects
• Single Subject Teaching Credential - General Science
• Single Subject Teaching Credential - Science: Physics
