The Production Engineering Staff is a member of the Painting Engineering group that provides engineering support to achieve Non-defect Quality condition on company production processes and maintenance operations, setting Process & Equipment Standard Operating Procedures including implementing Policies.

In this role, you are expected to proactively research and monitor the production machine and equipment to ensure its safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Your Role And Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivery of projects and activities to improve process conditions with priority on safety and quality impact.
• Process adjustments for safety improvement, quality level-up, cost reduction.
• Coordination with production capacity planning.
• Attain production operation KPI includes ensuring smooth operation flow and no equipment breakdown.
• Process and equipment parameter actual performance checking.
• System trend data input monitoring and process line confirmation.
• Plan for preventive measures such as tooling cleaning, calibration and component parts replacement.
• Direct and indirect materials parameter checking standard prior to production usage.
• Review and propose process and equipment efficiency improvement.
• Implement and standardize new systems to support operational requirements.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, and Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
• You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values.

• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in Manufacturing Process set-up & basic operation.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software for drawing & basic design.
• Equipment maintenance & troubleshooting exposure.
• Equipment setting adjustment and computation (Pumps, HVACR, Robotics, Motors, Ovens etc.).
• Knowledge in technical analysis and able to understand technical drawings.
